- Facility: A Family Medical Clinic
- Schedule: Dates: November 30, 2026 - Ongoing (3 months, option to extend)
- M-F; 8:00am-5:00pm
- No call
- Assignment: Outpatient
- Census: 10-12 patients per day (pediatrics and adults)
- EMR: Epic
